Polka Dots
I tried this with substituting applesauce for oil (1/3 cup like recipe states). They cookies are good, but they are very flat and gooey. I like my cookies a little on the "rare" side, so maybe that is why they are gooey. They don't come off of the pan very easily, but they taste wonderful!
