Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
My hubby declared this chicken (along with pumpkin casserole)his favorite meal...restaurant or otherwise! We have never been more impressed with a recipe! These look gourmet and taste heavenly! I did make a few changes: rubbed the outside of the chicken with salt and red pepper flakes, partially cooked and peppered the bacon, sauteed the spinach with salt and pepper and garlic instead of microwaving, and added feta to the spinach mixture. The chicken was spicy and moist and not as messy as I thought. THESE WERE WONDERFUL!!!
