Teriyaki Tuna Steaks
This is a truly good recipe as-is. Cooked it for my hubby and my mom, we were all in love. Also a very versatile recipe, can use different fruit juices if you don't have pineapple on hand. Also good with different fish. Have tried it with mackerel and tilapia, steaks and filets. All were great. Don't have a grill, so pan seared and then baked in dish with the marinade. Delicious!!!!!! ( why is it called teriyaki if only soy sauce is used though?) Thanks for such an awesome fish recipe!!!!
