Homemade Pizza Sauce

5 Stars, delicious and easy to make. Great flavor. Very satisfied with this sauce. There is maybe 4 cups left over. Just refrigerate and use again for more pizza or over pasta.

Pizza Dough I

Very good. Easy to make and to work with. Took another suggestion and proofed the yeast mixture first, 15 min. Rubbed the dough with olive oil and let rise for 15 min. Cut dough in half for 2 crusts. Then stretched out with hands. Olive oil helped alot. I also added some honey, just a few drizzles, after I mixed the yeast and flour together. Seemed to be more workable. i agree with others.....no need to order out! Yum Yum...

Fresh Blueberry Pie I

WOW......delicious pie. I added 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, 2 Tbsp. vanilla, and 3-4 Tbsp. tapioca and the flour too. I also added 2 granny smith apples sliced very thin. They sort of disappear into the blueberries. I used 6 cups fresh. This was perfect consistency, and not too sweet, a very good balance. Someone told me that blueberry pie was too sweet, so I added the apples for balance. It worked beautifully.
