Persimmon Cookies II
Great recipe. I added 1 Tbls. vanilla, some raisins and a little extra cinnamon. More interesting this way. Yummy.

Homemade Pizza Sauce
5 Stars, delicious and easy to make. Great flavor. Very satisfied with this sauce. There is maybe 4 cups left over. Just refrigerate and use again for more pizza or over pasta.

Pizza Dough I
Very good. Easy to make and to work with. Took another suggestion and proofed the yeast mixture first, 15 min. Rubbed the dough with olive oil and let rise for 15 min. Cut dough in half for 2 crusts. Then stretched out with hands. Olive oil helped alot. I also added some honey, just a few drizzles, after I mixed the yeast and flour together. Seemed to be more workable. i agree with others.....no need to order out! Yum Yum...
