Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these cookies last night using some of the suggestions here. I used applesauce instead of butter and cut each of the sugars to 3/4 cup. They were a hit! I think we had about 1/2 a dozen left by this morning and there were only 3 of us! Love the cakiness and texture. Mmmm!
