This rub gave my porterhouse a nice subtle flavor! I even used regular pancake syrup even though many reviews said not to and it still tasted great!!

I followed many of the other reviews tips and lessened the flour (3 cups, minus 2 tbs per cup of all purpose flour). I also added about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to my cake, sooo good! Baked for 50 min in a bundt pan, cake was moist and perfect with some powdered sugar on top!

These cupcakes are so yummy and easy to make! I was wary of the proportion of batter to filling because of other reviews, but they must've overfilled with their chocolate because I had the perfect amount of both! I filled 1/3 full with choco and topped with a heaping spoonfull of the creamcheese, the cupcakes rose to the brim perfectly! Made 24 exactly.
