I'm a college student in Louisville, KY. I live in a too-small apartment with my boyfriend and our puppy. I'm a vegetarian and am really enjoying learning to cook for myself. Casseroles, soups, salads, occasionally desserts. I would like to learn how to bake bread eventually as well. My family likes southern food. I still like it, but I am trying to branch out and try lots of different things. My boyfriend and I made corn fritters with tomato and jalapeno salsa yesterday. It was absolutely delicious. None so far have been just disastrous...but I am sure it will happen eventually.
