Bob's Stuffed Mushrooms

I made these for Thanksgiving appetizers and everyone loved them. At the end when you drizzle butter over the stuffed mushrooms, I didn't use as much butter as the recipe called for and they were still delicious.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This soup was super easy, pretty much dump everything in the crockpot. My ten month old son loved it. It's has lots of flavor and seems pretty healthy too.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

This was a very easy and flavorful dish. My husband loved it and he isn't always a spinach and artichoke man. I even made it for some friends who are new parents and they raved about it as well. I think if you wanted to add some sausage or meaty sauce it would be just as good. ENJOY!

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

I sent this bread to work with my husband to share. His co-workers said don't ever divorce me and and when am I going to send in more goodies. I added a few extra walnuts than the recipe called for and I also added some chocolate chips.
