Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce

I use the paste too with mayo. This is also good with smoked salmon. Some avocado and lemon slices on the side make a nice and very easy appetizer.

My suggestion would be to forget the egg and crackers. Instead use a tempura batter and it turns out great. I have used it this way at parties and it is a favorite (also use other veggies, meat, etc. with an electric skillet in the middle of the table). and everyone gets what they want.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I was doing the Farmer's Market last year and this was a best seller for me. Also gave as Christmas presents and everyone kept asking for more! Also freezes great.

Golden Oven Omelet

Having not tried this yet I do have one comment. The directions call to mix the ingredients, including onion which is not included in the ingredient list. Rating based on the ease and potential after a few changes, such as sauted mushrooms, etc.
