Tortilla Rollups I
This is so much easier than how I used to make them with ground meat. You need way more then 1 pkg. of cream cheese though. I used 12 oz. cream cheese to about 16 oz. salsa (mine was homemade and also a whole bag of shredded cheddar cheese.

Butter Cookie Crust
This worked out well and was easy to make. The cinnamon was not good because I used it with chocolate pie filling. Also mine turned out a little wet after the filling sat in the pie shell for 2 days. Not sure if that was normal or if it was just the filling I used.

Old English Cream Pie Filling
I found this pie to be very slimy. All the cornstarch made for an awful texture. When the filling was still warm it was ok, but when it cooled it was a disgusting texture. It was also enough filling for 4 pies! It weighed so much my husband had to carry it! For people that like this recipe... I made it in a 13x9 pan which was bigger than 2 pie shells and worked out because I was out of pie plates. I also took some filling aside and added powdered cocoa to it and made it a chocolate swirl pie.
