Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Fantastic! I used a spring form pan and had excellent results. There was little evidence that the cheesecake had ever existed. Next time I'll try a gingersnap crust.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Excellent recipe. I made a few changes that worked out well. I used fresh pumpkin puree, eliminated the nutmeg (I don't care for it), doubled the ginger (I love ginger), and omitted the topping. The pie was fantastic! My new in-laws were impressed and even the pickiest nieces and nephews licked their plates. This one is a keeper.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

This recipe is fantastic! It was my first time roasting a whole chicken and felt a little intimidated. I followed the recipe and arranged some sliced potatoes and carrots around the bird and roasted them along with it. It turned out perfect. I will be using this recipe again and again.
