There is nothing wrong with the recipe as is. This is the soup you get when you order it at Greek restaurants. The only place you might get into trouble is in the quality of your ingredients. Buy better chicken stock, get better soup. I mean, heck, I just messed around for the most part-- my eggs didn't even get frothy-- and this still turned out delicious and exactly as I remember from my childhood. Huzzah!

Spinach Quiche
Four stars 'cause it should be tweaked, but this is crazy delicious. No butter whatsoever, half of the cheddar cheese, and garlic powder with fresh spinach. I feel really spoiled being able to eat this made from my own hands and not bought in an expensive shop.

Cake Doughnuts
This comes amazingly close to my grandmother's (currently lost) Grebel recipe, and she made the best donuts I've ever tasted. This recipe is really forgiving--I ended up running out of all purpose flour while mixing (I love the dough to be really thick) so I added whole wheat flour and even corn flour... and it was even better than before! Oh, and I used low fat milk and yogurt instead of sour cream and buttermilk, but that's only because I have those on hand, and I didn't want to make a trip just for 2 things.
