just a girl, still living in my first apartment, with my first husband, lol! i'm a decent cook, but am still learning how to fit cooking into my busy schedule. i'm making a concentrated effort to end the take out streak dear husband and i have been on since we got married a little over three years ago. we don't have any kids yet, thank goodness, but we have a very funny little cockatiel who really likes chicken chow mien! i love fish and seafood, and i make a really good shrimp pasta dish called lemon terragon shrimp fettuccini! i feel like a fancy gourmet every time i make it, even though it is really quick and easy. i like it quick and easy! my mom didn't allow us in the kitchen and never really taught me or my sister how to cook, so i've pretty much been making things up as i go along. i have cooked delicious, mouthwatering stuffed and roasted turkies for the family thanksgiving dinner, two years in a row! i actually don't think i have had any yet, lol!
