Berry-Filled Lemon Cake
I made this recipe, and sent it to my friend's family as a thank you. I didn't taste it but they loved it. I used eggs instead of substitute so it would rise. It looked beautiful.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake
Got rave reviews on this one. Baked bottom layer with 3T less butter, so I used 1/2c for whole recipe. Turned out great.

Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Great tasting cake,but would have to really experiment with cooking time, my pumpkin layer didn't set properly after 80 minutes. Will definitely try again because of the great taste.
