In March of 2009 I started my life over again as a mail order bride to a mine mechanic. I ran off to Arizona to be a mine wife and mom as well as a nursing student. Cooking has become my main hobby as a result of all my spare time. Jason is the biggest fan of my cooking ever. I bought a wok at Ikea and it turned out to be the best $20 I ever spent. I can finally make all those wonderful Asian dishes that I always loved in restaraunts. A good thing since we live in the middle of nowhere. I am getting known among the miners for my breads. We bought a grill last week and I am going to be experimenting with that for the rest of the summer. I continue in my mother's foot steps by making bread. If it gets a pleasurable sigh from the eater, I consider it a victory. Two words, Gefelte Fish (Passover 2001).
