Blueberry Coffee Cake

This is soooo good!! I doubled the amount of cream cheese and topping (I have a major sweet tooth, lol) and it was perfect. I also used brown sugar instead of white for the topping. mmmmmmmm!!!

Easy Sugar Cookies

These are awesome!! I followed the recipe exactly, but I did lower the oven temp to 350 and baked for exactly 8 minutes. I also rolled the cookies in sugar before baking them. They didn't look "done" but they were perfect. If you wait until they start to turn golden brown they will probably turn out hard. And you have to make sure that the butter is room temperature and very soft or you will have problems with the texture and how the cookie bakes. Mine stayed nice and soft and my husband couldn't stop eating them, they whole batch was gone in a day and a half!! My search for a great sugar cookie recipe ends here. We also topped them with the sugar cookie frosting recipe from this site....yumm!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I have been looking for a good bluberry muffin recipe for a LONG time and I have finally found it! These are to die for!! I have made them a few times now and I am addicted! The only thing I changed was that I used brown sugar in the topping instead of white sugar...mmmmm!!

Buffet Meatballs

These are really good!! I couldn't find apple jelly at the store, so I substituted it with grape jelly and then used apple juice in place of grape juice. We love them!

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

These were sooo good, and so easy!! Even better than I expected! I didn't have beef consomme, so as suggested by another user I used a can of beef broth and added 3 beef boullin cubes and it turned out great, I will definately make these again!!

Cream-Filled Cupcakes

These were so good!! I have to admit that I used store bought cake mix and frosting to make it easier, but I used the recipe for the filling. I didn't have shortening so I used all butter and it was delicious!!

New York Cheesecake III

The reasons I am giving this 4 stars is because the crust (IMO) does not go well with the cheesecake at all. Also the cooking time was WAY off!! I baked mine at 475 for 10 minutes, then at 200 for an hour. It was FAR from done so I changed the oven temp. to 250 and baked it for an additional 1 1/2 hours, then shut off the oven and let it sit for an hour. It turned out perfect! The cheesecake tastes AWESOME, I am definately keeping this recipe!! The only change I made to the recipe was to use sour cream instead of whipping cream. I made mine into a turtle cheesecake and topped it with caramel, chocolate, chocolate chips, and pecans....YUMMY!!! Next time I will use a chocolate graham cracker crust and it will be perfect! This is what I will be bringing to our Thanksgiving get together, I am sure it will go fast!
