my name is mindy but all my friends call me lou...i have 4 children 3 boys and 1 girl and they have me cooking all the time...i am married to a great man and with all them i am on my toes always.. my favorite things to cook are mexcian food, i also like to make holiday sweets...but i will try anything once.. are family tradtion is on someone's birthday they get to pick whatever they want to eat and i will make it for them... i will have to say that my greatest moment was this year for my son and my husband's birthday i made them tamales for the birthday party i was so nervous but every one said that was the best tamales they ever had...i was ecstatic... was the very first time i even started cooking i think the first 6 mon. was rough for my husband cause i cooked every thing on high...
