I like "comfort" food type recipes. Pasta dishes are also my favourite.

I've had my share....I know I made a cake once that turned into a pudding!

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine
I really enjoyed this. The kids, however, did not. They found it too tangy. I think I should have added more Garlic. I'll make it again, just have to make it on a night when the kids have other plans :)

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake
This was a hit, even with my picky kids, which I thought for sure would turn up their noses when they saw the spinach. They gobbled it up. I did add about 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese to the recipe, no real reason, just felt like it. Very good!!!

Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies
Very bland. Missed the brown sugar.
