Ten Clove Garlic Marinade
I tried these on some wings I was going to smoke and even though I didn't use the exact same recipe, I used all of the main ingredients. I used two bottles of Worcestershire, 2 bottles of soy sauce, 2 bottles of steak sauce, 1 small bottle of oil, some apple cider vinegar and a big can of the processed garlic. It was very delicious and will try it again.

World's Best Lasagna
This is definitely the best lasagna I have ever ate. I think what sets it apart is the sauce. I add some bell peppers and carrots and saute with the onions and garlic before adding the meat. I do subtract the extra pound of meat and only use turkey. Also, I use whole wheat noodles to make this a little more healthy. It tastes awesome either way.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Fluffiest biscuit I have had in a long long while. I did make some changes though. I had some buttermilk I needed to get rid of so I used that and I didn't have shortening so I used some unsalted butter. Updated: So I had an old stand mixer that I had had for a while. You know, one of those 300 dollar Kitchenaid's. I used it to cut the butter and mix the dry ingredients. Poured the buttermilk and mixed by hand in the bowl. I need the dough a few times just to get everything together and then just flatten by hand. There is no need to use a rolling pin. I make about 11 to 12 biscuits from this recipe depending on how thin I press it. I take them to work everyday and warm them up for breakfast.
