Apple Stuffed Pork Chops
try wrapping the chops after they have been stuffed, with a cured ham thinly sliced! any ham will do, the more fat the better....i use a Russian ham called Muscovite ( Odessa style ), it's a pork loin roll that is salted and cured. i also added sharp cheddar to the stuffing.
