Beezie's Black Bean Soup
This was a HUGE amount of food. We had tons left-over. I have really been into black bean soup lately, but this was not one of the best. It needed more pepper and a dash of hot sauce. I hate when I feel like I have to add quite a bit of hot sauce to make food taste good and that was the case with this recipe.

Pecan-Crusted Pork with Pumpkin Butter
Yummy! This is a great recipe for a pork chops. My husband made these one night recently and we all loved them. There is a lot of the pumpkin butter left. We just froze it for a later use. I will make again.

Southwestern Corn and Walnut Dip
We have appetizer night once a month at my house. I paired this with tortilla chips. It was the hit of the night. It was super easy to throw together. It was complete before the frozen appetizers we bought were finished heating in the oven! I will add to the appetizer rotation. Thanks!
