About this Cook
I have been married for 11 years and have a three year old daughter. I try to cook things the whole family likes and sometimes that's a challenge. I love baking.
My favorite things to cook
Cakes, cookies, and other desserts.
My cooking triumphs
I bake a lot for work and church and like to share with friends and family.
My cooking tragedies
I started my kitchen mixer and it was on a high speed and the whole kitchen was splatterd in flour.

Pumpkin Dip
I only used 1 cup of the powdered sugar. I didn't have orange juice or pumpkin pie spice on hand. I used 1 tsp of vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. I was a hit at work. I served with red and granny smith apple slices, gingersnaps, and cinnamon graham crackers. The granny smith apples were the best!

Pumpkin Coffee Cake
I didn't use pecans in the topping. I also didn't use sour cream, pumpkin pie spice, or a 8" round pan. I used 1 cup of the canned pumpkin pie, for the pumpkin pie spice I used 1 tsp cin. and 1 tsp nutmeg. I also used a 8" square pan.

Banana-Zucchini Bread
I brought this to work and everyone said it was good. Due to allergies I didn't put in the walnuts. I also didn't put in the cranberries. I think it could have used a little more spice like nutmeg.
