Of all my hobbies cooking is my true passion. I think my appreciation for working in the kitchen comes from my grandmother, and for that I can't thank her enough. I can't even begin to fill in this blank! I simply love to cook, period. My favorite cooking traditions are baking at Christmas time, in fact I've become known in my family for my annual holiday goody baskets. My first family Thanksgiving dinner I made myself when my husband and I moved into our new house. Also any new recipe I invent that is truly successful. Coming up with your own recipes as I tend to do occasionally can leave you with mixed results but for the most part I've avoided complete tragedies...so far.
