BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Fan.Tas.Tic! This is definitely now in my top 3 favorite cookie recipes! The cookies were a breeze to make, and even better to eat. I didn't have choc squares on hand, so I used a half bag of semi-sweet mini chips, and cut up one square of Baker's white chocolate. 10 minutes in the oven was perfect for me. The cookies came out soft, with a touch of crunch around the edges. Perfect!!!

Banana Smoothie I
Oh yeah baby! This was good! I made some changes, as I was making this for my kiddos. I had some "Just Whites" on hand so I used that instead of the raw egg. I also cut the sugar down to 1 tbsp, and added one ice cube. I also used an overripe frozen banana. It was nice and thick, and I think the cinnamon makes the recipe - it adds that extra something. This recipe was a HIT! Thanks!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
This recipe is wonderful. I sauteed my onions beforehand so they would be soft. I also slow-cooked my chicken for 7 hrs in a cup of chicken broth with a bit of seasonings. My husband liked this recipe better than Chicken Enchiladas II on this site, which is also very good. This recipe is definitely closer to authentic Mexican cuisine. It has a good, rich cilantro flavor. If you don't like cilantro, you might not like this one. Thanks for a great recipe!
