Jif(R) Peanut Butter Blossoms
Spread flat on the pan instead of staying plump in a ball like they're supposed to (maybe because I used butter instead of shortening?) Tasted decent though.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
They tasted good (I got rave reviews) but they spread out really thin and didn't plump up quite like I'd expected. I'm not sure what went wrong--- the dough was quite sticky and hard to form into a ball. I will try again!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Made two batches this weekend- one for a party and the other for my husband and I. Came out great both times, and I'm not even a huge pumpkin fan! My husband just told me that this may be his favorite thing I've ever made (granted, we haven't been married for 6 months yet, but still!)
