Awesome!! I made this because I had 4 bananas that were going bad. So, I didn't quite the amount of mashed bananas that it called for. I also added about 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate morsels and this was the best banana bread I have ever put in my mouth!! This one is a keeper.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

I may have done something wrong because when I melted the butter and added the garlic it seemed a bit watery. It might have been the type of butter I used. STill, the steaks turned out very tender and a mild but good flavor.

Asian Orange Chicken

I thought this was a very good dish. I didn't use red pepper flakes because I didn't have any.Other than that I followed the recipe to the T. Next time I may alter a few things. I like to use the recipe exactly as is the first time because you never know what you might discover you like. Very good!!
