Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
exceptional. I added the tortilla chips from another recipe along with some grated cheddar cheese. Probably the best soup I have made. It makes a heck of a lot... if you don't have a number of folks to share it with, you might want to consider halving as others have mentioned. thanks for sharing this recipe!
