My cooking tragedies
I made a lemon artichoke cup appetizer, the only problem was that the recipe called for some lemon zest, but i had a brand new zester and i could not STOP zesting!! They were way too lemonY!

Best Ever Meatloaf with Brown Gravy
i liked it, this was the first time i have EVER made my own gravy from scratch. Like all the other times i have made meat loaf though this tasted like salsbury steak, very good. I just have some personal issue with meat loaf i think

needed something more for flavor...for me i am thinking more cheese, and maybe garlic...?

Very Chocolate Brownies
I left out the second two cups of chocolate chips for this Still tasted good
