Marriage and childbirth have thrust me into the role of purveyor of grub. Hence my title, the reluctant chef. I grew up in a big family and learned only the basics of cooking. Joined the site to expand my horizons....and keep my family from eating mac&cheese every night. I would rather not cook. But I make a truly fabulous apple pie. Casseroles, Italian dishes..... Lol. See above. Fortunately, my husband will eat nearly anything. So, even that which I consider a dire tragedy is still dinner to him.
