I love cows, Star Trek, heavy metal, sci-fi/fantasy, costuming, dragons, cats...& tattoos! Recently started exploring Wicca. Pho, grilled anything, soups & stews, anything Indian. There is no such thing as too much garlic! Garlic-cheese mashed potatoes, roasted chicken & vegetables. Also Mexican-based casseroles. Shrimp scampi, pumpkin sheet cake received honorable mention in a contest. Kitty-litter cake, with my own embellishment-butterscotch pudding or pumpkin pudding to simulate a sick kitty. Forgetting to take any meat out of the freezer, so dinner consisted of corn on the cob out of the garden.
