Ribs on the smoker, all fish, chicken any way it can be cooked, anything in the crockpot.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking for all freinds and family. For either parties or holidays. Deep Fried turkey on Thanksgiving, PrimeRib on Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
BBQ for 150 people. Went off without a hitch. I BBQ'd over 100lbs of meat ended up with no leftovers. That includes no leftovers of sides either.
My cooking tragedies
Tried baking pies.... not so good at first, but gettin there.
