Beer Margaritas
Beer Margaritas are great! (Be a little wary, though, they go down very smoothly and you may end up tipsier than you intended. *wink*) NOTE: As good as an idea it seems to blend them, DON'T PUT BEER IN THE BLENDER, as it will explode all over the ceiling. Blend the tequila, limeaid, water and extra ice together. THEN stir in the beer and serve. I speak from experience on this one.

Refried Beans Without the Refry
I made the recipe exactly as written, and am thrilled! Inexpensive, easy, low-fat (which is usually practically a dirty word meaning horrible), and DELICOUS. Will make this often. Thank you so much!

Byrdhouse Blistered Cherry Tomatoes
This was a lovely colorful side to the quiches I served for lunch yesterday. Used on-the-vine cherry tomatoes that were starting to go a bit soft, and this perked them right up. Next time I think they'll be amazing using fresh basil instead of dried and some diced fresh mozzarella. Thank you for the great recipe, Sunny!
