This is fantastic punch. I forgot to take it out to thaw before the party, but it still turned out great after I put it in the microwave for a bit and then into the punch bowl with lemon-lime soda. I love that it didn't taste anything like those frozen punches at the store!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

My husband raved about this chili. I took the advice of others (something I love about this site) and doubled the amount of tomatoes in the recipe and added about 2 tsp. of beautiful cumin. We like everything really spicy, so one can of tomatoes that I used had green chilies in it. I also doubled the garlic and used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. This recipe is a keeper and is so easy to spice up or down. Wonderful, thank you.

Maple Salmon

This is a great recipe! I usually alter recipes, sometimes beyond recognition, but with this recipe I only doubled the fresh garlic because we always at least double the garlic in our house, and added salt and garlic powder because I don't own garlic salt. We were very pleased with the outcome and will make it again. Thank you.
