I made this as directed. Everyone enjoyed it but I'm not completely sold on it. The batter seemed a bit like a sweet pancake (which isn't a bad thing) but I will probably add more blueberries next time. The simplicity and quickness of this recipe make it worth doing again.

For some reason mine looked NOTHING like the picture but it still tasted amazing. If your household loves mushrooms and onions I would suggest adding a little more to the recipe. I am not the best cook and seem to always burn the sauce a little. Even having done so, everyone raves. I guess it just adds a little more flavor ;)

My family just LOVES these cookies. I use chocolate jello and white chocolate chips instead. They aren't too sweet and stay exceptionally moist even days later.
