I love to bake more than cooking a meal, but I am trying to get more experience with cooking. Baking cookies and pies with my grandma. And German chocolate birthday cake. I made a superb New York chocolate cheesecake once. I also make a mean chocolate chip cookie and fudge brownies. I like baking layer cakes as well. I've had a few but none too terrible.
