Southern Peach Cobbler
I really was hoping this would turn out. The picture looked great, just what I wanted mine to look like. But mine did not turn out too great. I followed the directions to the T. I did feel like adding the syrup or at least all of it was going to be too much and i was right. My dough never rose to the top. When it was done I had to shovel through the goop and get the dough from the bottom of the dish and place it on top. Then i baked it for another 45 min and we ate it after that. The dough was cooked but a weird syrup this texture. The mixture was nice though and dh did like it. so its ok but I wont try it again, Unless I really modify it.
