Dad's Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
Like others on here have said, these are the best PB cookies I've ever had! I did add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. I tried baking two without refrigerating the dough and they came out just fine. I also tried cooking the cooled dough and they were fine too. I think I preferred working with the warmer dough. Anyway, these are a winner!!

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini
This recipe is fantastic! The taste combinations are great. I've seen comments about adding less meat and I strongly disagree, but I come from a big meat eating family, so I may be biased! The only thing I'd do different next time is I will make sure the zucchini is cooked enough before stuffing and baking (maybe 15 minutes instead of 10... every microwave's different ya know). We will make this again. I suggest you have a salad or veggie to go with it as it is quite rich! Yum yum!

Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies in a Jar
This is exactly the taste I was looking for in a sugar cookie! I didn't have time to roll the cookies out and use cookie cutters, so I used a cookie scooper and dropped them onto a cookie sheet (didn't flatten them down). They turned out beautifully! I'm going to frost them with the Butter Icing for Sugar Cookies recipe on this website, which is also very good!
