Strawberry Orange Rhubarb Cake
Very Good! I mixed the orange zest in with the strawberry/rhubarb mixture instead of the batter. It baked up perfectly! I will definately make again! Great served with a dallop of French Vanilla Coolwhip! Thanks for sharing---Cathy H.!

Quick Italian Vegetable Soup
WONDERFUL SOUP! I used a little more of the suggested vegetables and even added a yellow crookneck squash. To serve the leftovers I added pre-cooked pasta just before serving and it was great too! Thanks for sharing an easy-tasty soup recipe!

Quick and Easy Brownies
EXCELLENT! I heaped the half-cup cocoa powder, added 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of nuts, & was careful not to overbake. This recipe is a KEEPER!
