I'm a busy stay-at-home mom to 6 great kids. I have been happily married to my husband since 2003. Breads, desserts, cakes, casseroles, chicken dishes, kid-friendly meals (can you say finicky?) My fondest cooking tradition/memory is making our Christmas cookies with my mom. Every year without fail, we would always make a TON of chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and chocolate spritz cookies. It is a tradition I proudly carry on with my own children. I make the best chocolate chip cookies and banana nut muffins that anyone who has ever tasted them has ever had. I RUINED one batch of chocolate chip cookies once when I was in a hurry. And this is no small batch...it was 15 dozen cookies...I added instead of teaspoons of salt, tablespoons. YUCK!
