Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this last night with chicken thighs... SO GOOD! I know it's not authentic grilled teri"yaki", so, should I call it teri-baked chicken?? Anyways, it was delicious with jasmine rice and some steamed veggies... Will definitely cook again.

The Best Potato Salad
This was soooo good! I was a little hesitant about adding ranch dressing, but it was delish. I chopped up some celery that i had in the fridge, and it really topped it off... there were no leftovers! Definitely a keeper!!

Moroccan Meat Cigars
My husband is going to love these... Now i just need to find a side to go with them. After trying the original recipe, I decided to add onion to the ground pork (it's what i had) and it gave it that little extra zing. Tried them with hummus, but i'm probably going to whip up a yogurt sauce for these. Glad i took a chance!
