Three Cheese Manicotti II
I made this one for DH and I the other day and we loved it! I didn't cook the noodles and just added about a cup of water to my jar of pasta sauce, then increased the cook time to 1 hour as recommended by others. I also filled the noodles using the plastic bag suggestion. This is one recipe I'm sure I'll be making again!! Thanks for posting :)

Cheese Lasagna
I've made this one quite a few times now. Its amazing! I use the no boil noodles and cut down the ricotta to about 3 cups instead of 4 because DH seemed to think that 4C was just a little bit too much. All in all, we love it, and eat it quite often.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
I was referred to this recipe as a simple yet delicious Pulled Pork recipe and I was not disappointed! I used a 7lb shoulder and skipped the coffee. We left it in the crock for about 12 hours before pulling it, then added it back into the pot with some BBQ sauce. DH and I sampled the meat before and after the BBQ and both times were simply delish!! Once adding the BBQ sauce, I could probably eat the meat cold its that good! Thanks so much Sarge :)
