About this Cook
I enjoy teaching my two young kids the kitchen basics. My 9 yr. old son either wants to be a chef or a doctor.
My favorite things to cook
As long as I am NOT baking I am happy cooking new and old recipes.

Renaissance Stuffed Mushrooms
These are delicious! I agree do NOT cook in the olive oil first. I simply put all the ingrdients in a hot skillet and the mushrooms create their own juice. I use sharp cheddar cheese because it is one of my favorites and it adds to the "bite" of the filling.

Sage Pork Chops
Followed the recipe exactly and it came out GREAT! But, for a little change to an already delicious flavor, sprinkle in some orange zest. I love the flavor of sage and ornage together!
