Cornmeal Cheese Muffins
Made these with chili. They're ok, I was expecting more cheese flavor, but they were good. The only thing I changed was used equal parts corn meal and flour.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
Delicious. I used the advice of another user and used cornmeal, flour, and baking soda...and added a clove of garlic. I will definitely make this again!
