Baking is my favorite. I love making cookies, cakes, rolls. I really enjoy finding new recipes for 'convenience' foods. I am fortunate enough to have time and I enjoy making foods from scratch. I've really been loving soups and my crockpot this winter. Making lefse with my Grandma every year as a child is my favorite cooking memory. :) A horrible batch of "puppy chow" chex mix a friend and I made when we were in the 4th grade....The house smelled like burned chocolate chips and plastic. We tried to feed it to my dog before my parent's found out and even he wouldn't eat it. :)
