Chicken Pasta and Vegetable Casserole
Hard to find pasta/noodle bags at my store (had to settle for an asian mix)...wish I would have just boiled pasta and bought mixed veggies...the crumble on top was awesome...all in all the family liked it and said they would eat it again

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
I really liked this dish...I used HOT italian sausage and while myself and hubby loved the little kick it gave the dish, my kids did not...so next time I will use the sweet...other than that it was easy to prepare and yummy

Beef Enchiladas I
Hubby LOVED these...said they were better than many mexican restaurants....only thing is that the kids and I don't care for them so there was LOTS of leftovers..but hubby didn't mind..LOL
