Venison Breakfast Sausage
The firt attempt at making this sausage I ended up with venison hamburgers with bacon. The second time I put everything in the food processor, added a jalapeno, and doubled the spices (the venison overpowered everything the first time). I feel that it was still lacking some fat could be my ground venison.

Alfredo Sauce
I've attempted alfredo sauce in the past and has never turned out well. This was easy and the flavor was fantastic. I doubled the recipe but was about 3/4c shy for the cream so I added 1% and about 2 tbls of flour. Thickness was perfect!

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
I have made this several times, the roasted red peppers keep the chicken so moist. Instead of coating in breadcrumbs and frying, I grill the stuffed chicken. This cuts the fat and gives it GREAT flavor!
