Buttery Herb Wine Sauce
Yummy! I used fresh mushrooms and omitted the egg. Doesn't sound like it needed it. It was lovely as is. I didn't have Italian Seasoning so I used Herbes de Provence and it was delicious. I served it with grilled chicken breast and coloured spaghetti. My boyfriend and daughter both gave it a ten and cleaned their plates!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
Quite nice. Nothing amazing, though. I used canned tomatoes not cherry tomatoes, but I followed the rest of the recipe to a T. Think it was missing something, like garlic... Might try again and change it up a little.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
This was absolutely fantastic! I've never made anything like this before, and it was so yummy. I used strawberries and they weren't too tart... next time I will use less sugar though, as so much is NOT good for you. Especially if you plan to make it often, like me! - I would cut back on the butter too, I used 4 tbs the first time and it was a bit too rich, the last time I used 3 tbs margarine and it was fine!
