Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff
I read the reviews and thought i'd share how I tweaked it for our tastes..it came out yummy! I sauteed the onions with a tablespoon of minced garlic. Then, when I added the ground beef, I added a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce. I left out all the water and used Mushroom soup instead of mushrooms and used tomato sauce (not paste). Then, when i added the mushroom soup to the meat mixture, I put in 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper, teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 beef boullion. At last 15 mins I added a teaspoon of cornstarch..simmered and put over fusili pasta...I would definitely make again!

Country Fried Chicken
I used boneless chicken tenders (because i was worried about cooking time) and added extra garlic salt and paprika to the flour mixture. It was tasty and the small chicken pieces cooked nicely. I'd add more seasoning to the chicken after coating in the future though for more flavor.

Italian Sausage Jambalaya
This was really tasty! I used Johnsonville hot italian sausage and the same ingredients below. (except I used Tomatoes with green chiles) And I only have 5 minute rice on hand, so I cooked that separately with the chicken broth instead of water. Then, added that to the simmering tomatoes mix during the last 5 minutes of simmering...stirred it up and was super yummy! Thanks!
