Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This was good.I've cooked similar dishes but this was the first time I used lemon juice.It gave it a nice touch.

Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse

I have made this twice. We absolutly loved this. I skiped out on the liquor (didnt have any on hand). But it still turned out good. I did not strain the seeds out. My husband said he perfered them in. I think it would be better with out. The second go around I drizzled choc. syrup on the in side of the glass just to give it a little better presentation. Easy to make and my daughter loved helping. (Ecspecially liking the bowls)

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops

This was very good compared to the boring pork chops i normally make. My husband can not stand blue cheese so I did sub creame cheese instead. I think next time i might use feta. That sounds interesting. My six year old ate a whole chop to herself.
