This one is hearty, and will warm your cockles, not special but satisfying, and great.

I marinaded for only 1.5 hours, and it was moist and delicious, but the marinade, even though i replaced the water with more chicken stock, was no 'teriyaki' enough for me. Maybe a little more ginger next time?

This was easy and tasty, my husband who does not like vinegar at all really enjoyed this one. We don't eat mushrooms but this worked just as well with cooked brocolli believe it or not! I added a packet of chicken gravy and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch but this was for 3 chicken breasts. I served this with sauteed crispy thyme potatoes that i broiled for a while and they really made it. Thanks!
