Gelato
So if I cooked it too hot like the idiot that I am, and it curdled, should I try to go ahead and freeze it? Or should I just throw it out and start over? I have a big fam, and guests this weekend, I multiplied this recipe by four and I have a lot of curdled milk, cream, sugar, and eggs. Any help? :(

Kitty Litter Cake
I made a cake like this once, don't remember the recipe exactly, but the only difference I noticed off the top of my head was that instead of german chocolate cake mix, the other recipe called for some kind of spice cake mix. But anyways, the cake looked just the way it was supposed to, I had made it as a joke for a local dessert beauty contest. I couldn't convince anyone that it was really cake!!! After making a double recipe, when we picked it up to bring it home, only one slice was gone, and it was sitting untouched on a friend's plate. My brother and I ate most of it (big as it was) on the way home that night. It was probably the best cake I have ever eaten, very moist and good, and I usually don't even like spice cakes! Do try this :) EDIT: Just remembered, I used some green and some blue food coloring, it really helped to have both colors :)

Easy Decadent Truffles
This recipe worked great. I made no changes and had none of the problems that some of the other reviewers have had. Follow the recipe, it is very simple, you don't need to reduce anything to two cups. These are wonderful and easy to work with. When I showed them on a plate to my fam, the first thing that they said was "Wow, you could sell these!" and they liked the taste as well. Will make this one again, thanks for posting it :)
